Modelling Windows

The Guildhall windows vary in size and shape. However, most windows share a very similar structure. I created two different windows and then altered them to match their counterparts. The first window was created using create>geometry>windows tool. Fixed window type was chosen. The properties were changed to fit building wall structure. Then number of panels were set.

Then the the window was converted to editable poly. More panels were created to outline the windows. Then windo was copied and modified to match other windows sizes.

The next type of window was modelled from scratch. First I have drawn numerous line to match windows panels. These line were enable to be rendered.

From the frame I used two boxes and boolean operation.

Ti finish the frame I created a box and chamfered it.

Finally ater long eiting process I ended up with more than 10 different windows which had various changes to match original windows.
